Plus Pedal – Shipping Update

This is just a quick update regarding the shipping schedules for your PLUS Pedal.
In the previous Newsletter we presented to you our expected production and shipping schedule, but, unfortunately, we started experiencing some quality-related issues with one particular supplier of electronic components, as well delay several metal parts. After much thought, we decided to change the supplier and this has resulted in a 3-week delay from the original plan.
Currently, the realistic shipping schedule for your order is as follows:
Date of shipping – 28th of July to 3rd of August
Transit time – 3 to 8 days depending on location.
We will contact you a week before in order to reconfirm your address and order contents.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this delay, but unfortunately – there is no other solution for us at this point than to simply wait out the extra weeks.
You are one of our first 300 customers, and we want to make absolutely sure that the PLUS Pedal you receive is every bit as good and reliable as the later batches.
So, we humbly ask for your patience and, as you wait, you can be absolutely sure that you will receive a highest-quality product.
We will be present at Summer NAMM in Nashville 13 to 15 July. Definitely to come by to booth 2014 in case you are around!
