Plus Pedal Product Update – Features

Hi all,

Thank you for trusting us and supporting the PLUS Pedal in the early pre-order stage – we started developing this pedal two years ago because we wanted to bring something completely new and exciting to the industry, and we are extremely happy with how our product has turned out!

SHIPPING

Today we are happy to announce that the PLUS Pedal is finally ready for manufacturing – all the pieces are in place and the first test batch of PLUS Pedals will be completed in about 3 weeks. The full production schedule is as follows:

June 5th – Test batch production starts
June 15th – Test batch completed
June 16th-24th – Final testing (stay tuned for crash test video 🙂 )
June 25th – Production begins
July 6th-25th – Shipping all current orders

Before shipping, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to double-check your address. Those of you who haven’t ordered the WET footswitch will also be given a special add-on option.
Shipping will be organised according to the order of purchases and you will receive a notification e-mail as soon as your PLUS Pedal has been shipped.
The pedals will be shipped from the EU (Latvia) via courier mail, so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Oh, and by the way – we are fully aware that the promised delivery date was June 2017 – we really spared no effort to meet this deadline, but our primary focus has always been to ship you the best possible product.

We hope that this minor delay will not discourage you, and, besides – here’s the good news – We have managed to introduce a few really great upgrades to the PLUS Pedal.

NEW FEATURES

Gradual Foot-Pedal
Just like a piano sustain pedal, the new gradual switching system will give you full tonal and dynamic control of the Wet signal.
For example – a slow press and slow release movement will increase the Wet signal’s fade in and fade out time, thus producing a softer, smoother feel.
Or you can release the pedal halfway and achieve a slightly “muted/muffled” Wet tone. A half-press will let you sustain any note only temporarily, regardless of the Tail Knob.
The new foot mechanics feel incredibly intuitive and we believe these feature will be especially useful for jazz players and ambient/soundscape freaks … 🙂

Secret Drone Mode
Without giving too much away – we’ve added a special selector switch on the pedal’s side panel which allows you to activate a whole new set of features – this mode is full of surprises and secret controls and we will release a special demonstration video prior to shipping.

Reduced Mechanical Noise
We’ve added a number of rubber stoppers and improved the pedal’s internal design to make sure the brass pedal produces almost zero audible mechanical “click-clack” noises.

Redesigned WET Footswitch
The new Footswitch will be more compact and designed to match the high-end looks of the PLUS Pedal. It will also feature a built-in 1m long stereo cable.
