NRPN MAP

NRPN value change is supported only using CC6 (DataEntry MSB) and CC38 (DataEntry LSB). CC96 (DataIncrement) and CC97 (DataDecrement) are not supported.

To reset NRPN controller link (stop to control NRPN with CC6 & CC38), both NRPN_LSB (CC98) and NRPN_MSB (CC99) must be set to 127.
-
DataEntry_MSB and LSB always work together, there are no separate LSB and and MSB NRPNs. If fine tuning is required, just send value using DataEntry_LSB (CC38) after registering parameter to control via NRPN_LSB (CC98) and NRPN_MSB (CC99).
